We are everywhere!  We encourage the organizing of user groups in communities everywhere.  Hopefully it will not be too bloody long before we can come together in cooperative consesus in creative regional associations because there will be so many local user groups and allies in solidarity across countries and continents.  We aren't there yet.  But we will get there!
